The Hearthstone Inn For the Holidays

After the effort that went into producing the Hearthstone Inn for our son's birthday party, we decided it was worth keeping up for a while! Plus, we'd become rather attached the warm homey feel it brought to the house.
We made some spooky additions for Halloween, but the first major shift for us was as the weather turned cold and we headed into the holiday season.

To accomplish this, we decided it was time to strip out some of the Inn/Tavern "clutter" that we had around the space and instead replace it with garland, shimmering lights, pinecones, and forest creatures.
A hand cut tree from a local Christmas tree farm added to the warm feeling of the room and provided a nice piney scent throughout the downstairs.
What is next for the Inn? That remains to be seen. Our hope is to leverage the framework through the next few months, but as always, we are looking for the next project. So how the Inn (and our home) evolves, remains to be seen!
