Following along with my post on Phandalin and resources that you can use to add depth the various locations around town, I wanted to share a digital version of my Tresendar Manor maps for other DMs to leverage!

First Floor:

The first floor contains the entry hall, coat room, dining hall, gathering/lounge areas, kitchen, servant/workers quarters, and stables. The road provides the opportunity for visitors to be dropped off at the front entrance, while their hired hands take the carriage or horses around back until they are ready to depart.

The stairs at the back of the servants/workers quarters leads down into the cellar (serving as the connection point to the below ground maps leveraged in the adventures "Lost Mine of Phandelver" and Acquisitions Incorporated's "Orrery of the Wanderer").

Second Floor:

I built this design under the assumption that my 5 player party would be renovating this manor as their base of operations. As of such, the second floor serves as personal living space and additional areas to meet, plan, and showcase their successes away from potential visitors. Each room also has a little bit of their personality thrown in there.

These spaces could just as easily be renovated to provide spaces for workshops, libraries, labs, and more should your players need them.

I have a question. What size map grid will get this floor plan to align in roll20 correctly, if you don't mind me using your wonderful already made map? The characters in my campaign wanted to start renovating it right after they cleared the cellar.
